| 摘 要： | 在厘清政府效率概念后,设计出我国省级政府效率的综合评价指标体系;在此基础上建立了我国省级政府效率综合评价模型,最后,对1999-2003年我国31个省(直辖市)的政府效率进行了评价分析。
