| 摘 要： | 明末清初经师顾炎武与张尔岐的交往对二人学术发展有重要影响。在既有成果的基础上,文章考订了顾炎武、张尔岐交往中的两个重要年代,认为:(1)顾、张初识于康熙元年壬寅即1662年;(2)亭林《与友人论学书》很可能作于康熙七年即1668年初春,而张氏回信则在该年夏季之后。
