显微镜在农业科研中的应用

摘    要:显微镜在生物、医学领域被广泛应用。20世纪90年代末,生命科学蓬勃兴起,显微镜为纳米新材料的发现立下汗马功劳,并逐渐应用到农业领域,成为科研工作必不可少的工具。该文概述了超高分辨率显微技术的最新研究进展,介绍了扫描电镜与透射电镜在物理农业、昆虫学、饲料、植物生长发育和细胞组织中的应用,提出我国显微镜制造业面临的严峻形势,未来显微镜的作用将会更加凸显。

Abstract:Microscope is widly used in biology and medical.At the end of the 1990’s,life sciences was rising vigorously.Microscope played an important role in the discovery of nanometer material,and gradually applied to agricultural field.It had become an essential tool for scienfic research.New research progress of ultra-high resolution microtechnique were overviewed.application of scanning electronic microscope and transmission electronic microscope in physical agriculture,entomology,feed,plant growth and development,and cellular tissues were introduced.Severe situations of microscope manufacturing industry in China were indicated.Role of microscope in future is highlighted.
