涂饰染色单板光变色的规律和影响因子

以涂料直接涂饰的染色单板为试材，以氙光作为辐射光源，考察不同的涂饰染色单板在100 h光照过程中试材表面材色的变化规律，并分析试验因子对光变色的影响。结果表明:涂饰染色单板受光辐射易发生变色，材色的明度指数均呈上升趋势，而色度指数a*、b*变化各异。染料品种对色度指数的变化影响极显著，涂饰酸性蓝染色单板的光变色度显著大于涂饰酸性大红染色单板的光变色度。涂料种类对色度指数b*影响显著，涂饰聚氨酯清漆染色单板的光变色度明显大于涂饰丙烯酸清漆染色单板的光变色度。 

Light-induced discoloration and influencing factors of dyed veneer after painted

In this study,dyed veneer was directly painted as test materials and xenon light was selected as light source for radicalization.After 100 hours of radicalization on the surface of specimens the light-induced discoloration of dyed veneer was analyzed,and the influencing factors on the light-induced discoloration were discussed.The results show that after painted dyed veneer tends to change colors when suffering from the light radiation.The lighteness index increases,while the chroma indices a~* and b~* have...
