| Abstract: | Forestland is the basis of forestry development,and forestland circulation and transfer is the important way to implement the efficient allocation of forest resources.The paper analyses the trend and current problems in forestland circulation and transfer and brings forward the opinions and proposals on how to speed up this process according to the laws and to improve the system of forestland circulation and transfer. |
