真空气吸式播种器吸嘴流场的研究

摘    要:气吸式播种器能够提高作业速度,而且节省种子.为此,通过理论分析得到了种子被吸附起的临界气流速度=12m/s,并用ANSYS软件模拟5kPa,10kPa,20kPa,30kPa,40kPa真空度时的吸嘴流场,得到这些真空度所对应的播种器吸嘴吸附距离3mm,4mm,5.5mm,7mm,12mm.最终确定吸嘴的吸附距离是随着真空度的加大而增大的.

Abstract:Vacuum flow velocity has simulated in 5kPa, are 3mm, 4mm, 5.5 suction seeding-machine can increase operating speed, and that save seeds. The critical air been known by analysis in this article ,in addition, suction nozzle fluid field has been 10kPa, 20kPa, 30kPa, 40kPa vacuum case, we obtain that the results of adsorption distance mm,7mm, 12mm.The final adsorption distance is bigger when vacuum become big.
