摘    要:以玉米杂交种科河28为试材在武威进行了干旱胁迫对大田玉米生长发育、生理特性及光合特性的影响试验。结果表明:长期干旱胁迫使玉米叶片卷曲,叶面积减少,株高下降,单株叶片数和干物质积累量减少,果穗体积减小,穗粒重和百粒重降低,大幅减产,在极度干旱条件下几乎颗粒无收;同时干旱胁迫使气孔导度减小,气孔关闭,光合能力降低,净光合速率显著下降,植株生长受到抑制。

Effects of Drought Stress on Growth,Development, Physiological and Biochemical Characters of Corn

Abstract:Using corn hybrid Kehe 28 as material, the effects of drought stress on growth, development, physiological and biochemical characters and photosynthetic characteristics of corn in field were studied in Wuwei City. The results showed that long - term drought stress made corn leaf curl, reduced the leaf area, decreased the plant height, reduced the number of leaves per plant and dry matter accumulation, decreased the ear volume, declined the grain weight per spike and hundred grain weight, and the yield decreased sharply and almost total crop failure under extreme drought conditions. Drought stress also decreased the stomatal con- ductance, made stoma close, declined photosynthetic capacity and net photosynthetic rate, and inhibited the plant growth.
