竹笋壳的化学成分

摘    要:经研究测定:竹笋罐头生产的废料含有粗蛋白、粗脂肪、糖分、粗纤维、钙和镁等营养物质;还含有19种微量元素;发热量为15 468J/g。新鲜毛竹和杂竹笋壳同样含有糖类、粗纤维和总氮等营养物质,新鲜毛竹笋壳含有15种氨基酸,新鲜杂竹笋壳含有14种氨基酸。

Abstract:The nutritive materials contained in the waste materials of the production of canned bamboo shoots were coarse protein, coarse fat, carbohydrate, coarse fibre, calcium, magnesium and nineteen trace elements. Their total calorific capacity was 15468 J/g. Similarly,carbohydrate, coarse fibre and nitrogen were contained in the green Phyllostachys pubescens and other green sundry bamboos. However, the bamboo sheath of the green Phyllostachys pubescens contained fifteen amino acids, and the other green bamboos contained fourteen amino acids.
