| 摘 要： | 用云南松4年生幼树的当年生枝条剪取不同长度的穗条作扦插育苗试验,以研究穗条长度对云南松穗条扦插生根率和生根性状的影响。结果表明穗条长度对云南松穗条扦插生根率和生根性状的影响显著。其生根率(50.0%)和侧根数最大值(2.3条.株-1)的对应穗条长度为7.0 cm;最长根长(15.7 cm)、总根长(22.0cm)和最长根粗(2.3 mm)的最大值对应的穗条长度分别为15.0 cm、8.0 cm和10.0 cm。

| Abstract: | Taking current year growing branches from 4 years old Pinus yunnanensis saplings as experimental materials,the effects of cutting length on both rate and character of rooting were studied.The results showed that the length of cutting significantly affected rooting of Pinus yunnanensis.The cutting of 7 cm long got the maximum value of both rooting rate and number of lateral roots,which were 50.0 % and 2.3 respectively.The longest root,total root length and biggest root diameter were achieved from the cutting... |
