板蓝根凝集素的分离及其对小鼠免疫功能的影响

采用丙酮盐溶液及硫酸铵分级沉淀法对生药板蓝根进行凝集素的粗提,并对其部分性质进行了研究.结果表明,在pH 8和NaCl浓度为0.6 mol/L时提取的凝集效果最好,20%硫酸铵分级沉淀凝集最多;丙酮盐溶液的可溶性糖含量和还原性糖含量分别是20.45%和3.40%;硫酸铵提取物的可溶性糖含量为0.03%,但还原性糖含量很低;丙酮提取液组小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬指数和吞噬百分率明显高于对照组.

The Isolation and Identification of Lectin from Radix isatidis and the Effects on Animal Immune Function

The lectin was extracted from Radix isatidis of crude drug in a acetone NaCl solution and fractionated precipitation of ammonium sulphate, and studied on its characteristics. The results showed that the agglutinating results were the best in pH 8 and 0. 6 mol/L NaCl solution; fractionated precipitation of ammonium sulphate of 20% saturation was the most,soluble and reducing saccharide contents of acetone NaCl solution were 20. 45% and 3. 4% respectively, yet the extract of ammonium sulphate is 0. 03 % and null scale; pyagocytic index and percentage rate of macrophage for small write mice with acetone NaCl solution were significantly different from the control in 5% level.
