摘    要:利用C49S温光型不育系选育两系杂种小麦为小麦杂种优势的利用开辟了一条新途径。多年研究表明,由于受江汉平原气候影响及C49S不育系本身的一些缺点,限制了该类型两系杂种小麦在江汉平原生产上的应用。其主要问题是不育系育性不稳定,制种产量低而成本高、优质抗病组合少。并针对这些问题,提出了一定的解决方法,旨在为该类型杂种小麦的生产、应用提供一定的参考。

Abstract:A new approach which can increase wheat yield was discovered by breeding two lines hybrid wheat, with the use of Thermo-photo-sensitive Nucleus-male Sterile wheat C49S. However, it had been studied for many years, the result showed that why it were inhibited from applying to producing wheat was the influence of climate in the plain of Jianghan and the disadvantage of C49S. In the meanwhile, it also showed that some problems can be solved, through choosing the appropriate research direction.
