摘    要:通过对分离得到的哌嗪-2-羧酸单一对映体产生菌的鉴定,从分类学上为筛选得到生物安全性高的生产菌株提供指导。通过形态培养特征观察、生理生化特征鉴定和基于16SrDNA序列分析的系统发育分析对实验菌株进行鉴定。结果表明2株哌嗪-2-羧酸单一对映体产生菌,均为G-杆菌,通过16SrDNA序列同源性比较及系统发育分析,菌株210属于短波单胞菌属(Brevundimonas)、菌株418属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)。菌株210、418的生理生化特征与其系统发育关系最近的种存在差异。通过将目的菌株的系统发育分析结果和形态生理结果与相关已知菌的比较,菌株210、418生物安全性较高,具有应用于工业生产的潜力。

Abstract:The identification of two strains producing single enantiomer of 2 - piperazine carboxylic acid provides the guidance for screenniag out producing strain with higher biological safety in taxology. In the paper, the strains were identified according to its morpho- logical, cultural, physiological biochemical characteristics and phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA.The results showed that two strains producing single enantiomer of 2 - piperazine carboxylic acid were belong to G - bacilli, strain 210 was belong to Brevundimonas, strain 418 was belong to Pseudomonas. There were differences of physiological biochemical characteristics between stain 210, 418 and some species with the nearest phylogenetic relationship.Through the comparative analysis of test results and related given strains, stain 210 and 418 had higher biological safety, and could be used in industry production.
