鸡免疫球蛋白(GIgG)轻链的分离纯化及其抗血清的制备

摘    要:经硫酸铵盐析、柱色谱分离得到纯化的鸡血清IgG。继用2-巯基乙醇还原、碘乙酰胶烷化拆开IgG的轻、重链,再经Sephadex G100凝胶过滤柱色谱分离得到IgG轻链。以IgG轻链免疫家兔制得兔抗鸡IgG轻链抗血清。

Abstract:Immunoglobulin G(IgG ) in chicken serum was obtained bysalting-out of ammonium sulfate and isolated on column chromatography.The reduction and alkylation of the IgG were performed in Tris bufferusing 2-mercaptoethanol and iodoacetamide. Light chain of IgG was separatedby Sephadex G 100 gel filtration. The antisera of rabbit anti-chicken IgGIight chain was prepared.
