| 摘 要： | 采用特异性引物对猪链球菌2型(Streptococus suis type 2)JX02菌株进行PCR扩增，将扩增到的溶血素基因克隆到pMDl8-T质粒栽体中，经鉴定后测序。结果显示，扩增的JX02株溶血素基因长度为1494bp，与P1／7株和US-1933株等进行序列比较，核苷酸同源性为100％和99．7％，氨基酸序列同源性为100％和99．8％。

Cloning and Sequence Analysis of the Haemolysin Gene of Streptococcus suis Type 2 Isolate JX02 |

| Abstract: | The haemolysin gene of streptococcus suis type 2 isolate JX02 was amplified by PCR from bacteria genome DNA. This PCR product was cloned into pMD18 T vector and then sequenced. The sequencing result showed that the haemolysin gene cloned comprised an 1 494 nucleotides sequence enconding a 497 amino acid polypeptide. By comparion with P1/7 and US 1933, the haemolysin gene of isolate JX02 was demonstrated to have four nucleotides and one amino acid different from US 1933 strain, no nucleotides and amino acid is different from P1/7 strain. |
