云南发现灯盏花根结线虫病

 首次报道在云南省泸西县、弥勒县发现的灯盏花［Erigenon breviscapus (Vant.) Hand. -Mazz］根结线虫病。病害的典型症状:病植株地上部发黄、矮化,重病株枯死,根系上长有大小不等的根结,根结表面光滑、无须根。用形态学、生物化学方法和鉴别寄主试验比较鉴定,灯盏花根结线虫病的病原是南方根结线虫［Meloidogyne incognita（Kofoid and White, 1919）Chitwood, 1949］1号小种。灯盏花是南方根结线虫的新记录寄主。文章讨论了灯盏花根结线虫病的发生趋势。

Discovery of Shortscape Fleabance Root-Knot Disease in Yunnan

Root-knot disease of shortscape fleabance, Erigenon breviscapus (Vant.) Hand. -Mazz (SFRD) was reported firstly in Luxi County and Mile County, Yunnan Province. The diseased seedling was chlorsis and yellowing, and dwarf, some seedlings were wilt and dead, the root of diseased seedling had many galls that were spherical shape differing in size, smooth surface, and not fibre in them. By morphology, biochemical means and differential host test for comparative identification, the pathogenic nematode of SFRD belongs to physiological race (or host race) 1 of Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid and White, 1919) Chitwood, 1949. Shortscape fleabance is as a new host for M. incognita. Moreover, the occurrence current of SFRD was discussed.
