烟草(Nicotiana tobacum)挥发性物质对黑唇姬蜂(Campoletis sonorensis)(Hymenoptera:Ichneumonidae)诱导的生物测定和化学分析研究

摘    要:利用Tracor550高压气相色谱对烟草挥发性物质进行了试验室化学分析.针对黑唇姬蜂化学行为活动诱导,进行了人工自然风管(Windtunnel)的生物测定.烟草中原提取物与气相色谱全部收集和分离的化合物生测效果基本一致.50%化合物对黑唇姬蜂活性诱导产生作用.分离中三个主要峰区被测定为黑唇姬蜂寻求寄主的关键化学物质.经核磁共振分光仪(NMR)鉴定石竹烯C15H24Caryopyllene、烟碱和Farnesyl法尼丙酮三种挥发性物质与人工合成的类似化合物,经试验室生物测定结果相同.

Abstract:Chemicals analysis of the volatiles were carried by using Tracor 550 gas chromatography in the lab. The behavior or Campoletis was bioassayed in a wind tunnel. There were no significantly differences between the crude extraction and the isolation in the bioassay. Fifty percent of the compounds were attracted by Campoletis, and three of the compounds arc the key chemicals for Campoletis. These three compounds have been identified as Caryophyllene, Nicotine, and Famesylacetone, for which of the results arc almost same to the artificial compounds in the bioassay.
