| 摘 要： | 资源保护与发展生计是喀斯特山区面临的相互联系又制约的问题。在贵州茂兰国家级自然保护区实施了以发展生计,保护资源为目标的发展项目。结果表明,喀斯特山区的环境特点决定了保护与发展必须同时进行,网络信息技术将促进山区农户发展生计,农户为主体的地位是多方参与发展项目成功的首要保证。

| Abstract: | The resource protection and development livelihood is the relative and restrictive issue in the Karst mountainous area.The paper considers that the recourse protection and development livelihood must be simultaneously carried out according to the environment feature of the Karst mountainous area,the network information will promote the development livelihood of the peasant households in Karst mountainous areas and the participation of multilateral participants on the basic of peasant households is the key guarantee for implementing the development project. |
