木霉HT-03对番茄幼苗生长发育的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度的木霉HT-03孢子悬浮液处理番茄幼苗,结果表明,木霉HT-03孢子悬浮液对番茄幼苗的生长具有明显的促进作用,其中以孢子悬浮液50倍液处理效果最为显著;木霉HT-03对番茄幼苗POD、PPO及SOD活性都产生了一定的影响,原液处理对PPO活性的影响较大,对POD活性影响最明显的浓度为50倍液,SOD活性在处理后第4天开始增加,第7天达到最高。

Abstract:Trichoderma HT -03 spores can obviously promote the growth of tomato seedlings. And the effects of 50 times diluent were the most remarkable. The results also showed that the Trichoderma HT -03 spores had positive effects on the activities of POD, PPO and SOD. The thicker of the diluents the more efficient of the effects on PPO ,50 times diluent was most suitable for POD, the activity of SOD increased after the fourth day of treatment, and reached the peak at the seventh day.
