玉米根冠对不同土壤水分响应机制研究

摘    要:使用分段研究方法对夏玉米根、冠在苗期不同程度水分亏缺及拔节期复水后形态、生理响应机制进行了分析。研究表明,玉米根、冠形态和生理在不同土壤水分状况下均存在着协同响应机制。形态协同响应机制主要体现在总根长、根表面积、根体积与株高、茎粗、叶面积在不同土壤水分条件下的同步生长趋势以及相关关系。生理协同响应机制主要体现在根系活力与光合速率、气孔导度以及叶片水分利用效率之间在不同土壤水分条件下的动态响应趋势。研究还表明根冠比作为根冠功能平衡状态的重要指标,在不同土壤水分条件下与根系活力、光合速率及叶片水分利用效率之间存在着动态响应机制。采用不低于玉米各生育期轻度水分亏缺阈值下限的有限水分亏缺技术,可以有效提高水分利用效率。

Abstract:A pot experiment with rain proof shed aiming to studying the response mechanism between root and shoot of summer maize was conducted in 2008. Different soil moisture conditions were controlled during seeding stage and after re-watering at beginning of stem elongation stage. The morphological and physiological indexes of root and shoot were measured every five days during water deficit stage (WDS) and re-water stage (RWS).
