基于农机产品设计质量模糊综合评价法的研究

提出了农机产品设计质量的评定原则和评价体系，分析了影响农机产品质量的因素，建立了模糊综合评价的数学模型，并对上海－５０型拖拉机设计质量进行了模糊综合评定，结果表明应用模糊综合评价法分析农机产品设计质量是可行的。

STUDY OF SYNTHETICAL EVALUATION METHODS FOR ESTIMATING FARM MACHINERY QUALITY BASED ON FUZZY THEORY

In the paper, some traditional evalution methods for estimating farm machinery quality are reviewed, their shortcomings are analyzed, and the evaluating principles of quality and evaluation system are discussed, which are practicality, economy, artistry and creativeness. In accordance with them, some factors affecting machinery quality are analyzed. All of these factors are ambiguous, such as function, budget cost, traditional culture, new material and new technology and so on. So, a mathematical model for synthetical evaluation by fuzzy theory is established. On the basis of this model, the evaluation method is carried out for a tractor quality. It shows that the evaluation method is feasible.
