| 摘 要： | 运用随机前沿函数方法,对1978～2008年期间的中部6省农业技术效率变化及其影响因素进行了分析,结果表明：中部地区的平均技术效率为0.456 3,总体上处于较低的水平;农业贷款和财政支农支出每增加1%,农业技术效率分别减少3.50%和4.43%。因此,要进一步提高中部地区农业技术效率,加快建设中部地区现代农业进程,关键要采取提高生产要素投入有效水平、建立健全农村金融体系、加大财政投入力度等措施。

| Abstract: | Based on random walk function model,the change of agriculture technology efficiency and its influencing factors of six provinces in central China from 1978 to 2008 were analyzed.The results showed that the average technology efficiency of the central China was 0.456 3,which was at a lower level.1% increase of agriculture loan and fiscal expenditure would cause agriculture technology efficiency to decrease 3.50% and 4.43% accordingly.In terms of the results,the key actions to further improve agriculture tech... |
