巴氏杆菌弱毒苗和鸡新城疫弱毒苗饮水免疫蛋鸡后分泌型免疫球蛋白A细胞的分布

摘    要:用巴氏杆菌弱菌苗和鸡新城疫弱毒苗通过饮水分别免疫12月龄的蛋鸡,以葡萄球菌A蛋白—辣根过氧化酶(SPAHRP)和兔抗鸡分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)间接组化染色,显示消化道相关淋巴组织(GALT)、呼吸道相关淋巴组织(RALT)及脾中SIgA细胞的产生和分布。结果显示:巴氏杆菌弱毒菌苗免疫组的蛋鸡在十二指肠和盲肠扁桃体中SIgA阳性细胞于首免后35天出现较多,并一直持续增加到首免后56天。鸡新城疫弱毒苗免疫组的蛋鸡的SIgA阳性细胞于首免后28天数量明显增多,首免后35天达最高峰。呼吸道和脾中同时也出现较多的SIgA阳性细胞。

Abstract:To detect the immunoglobulin A secreting cells (SIgA) in gut associated lymphoid tissue (GALT) and bronchial associated lymphoid tissue (BALT),Layers were immunized with Pasteurella choleraegallinarum attenuated vacinne and Newccastle desease attenuated vaccine by oral.Results showed that the SIgA cells yielded earlier in the group of Newcastle disease attenuated vaccine immune treatment and the number of SIgA cells reached maximum on the 35th day after vaccination only on the 35th day after vaccination did more SIgA cells yield in the duodenum and the caecum tonsil in the group of Pasteurella choleraegallinarum attenuated vaccinne immune treatment and increase to the 56th day.
