豌豆尖孢镰刀菌初侵染过程研究

摘    要: 利用光学显微镜研究豌豆尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.pisi)对豌豆根尖各部位的初侵染过程。结果表明:在不造成伤口的情况下,病菌在根尖的各部位均能直接成功侵入,但各部位侵入的频率不同,以伸长区侵入的频率最高。同时因各部位的木质化程度不同,侵染方式和结构也不同。当病菌从薄壁细胞侵入时,菌丝尖端形成锥状侵入丝直接侵入;当病菌从厚壁细胞侵入时,菌丝尖端形成垫状细胞附着于寄主细胞壁,后形成很细的侵入丝穿透细胞壁侵入。当菌丝侵入表皮细胞壁时,细胞壁内侧产生一个乳状突起阻止菌丝侵入。文中附示意图3幅,显微照片20张。

Abstract:The process of primary infection of root of peas with Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. pisi was studied using optical microscope. The results showed that the fungi could infect successfully through every part of the root on condition that no wound had been created,but the infection frequencies were different with different parts of the root, and elongation area was infected most frequently. Meanwhile the infection mode and infection structure were also different due to different lignification of various parts of the root. The fungi invaded through parenchyma cell with cone-shaped intrusive thread formed on tip of hypha directly entering the cell, and through sclerenchymatous cell, a cushion-shaped cell formed on tip of hypha adhering to cell wall and then with very thin intrusive thread penetrating the cell wall. When the supracutaneous cell wall was penetrated papillae were formed on inner side of it preventing the invasion of hypha.Three diagrammatic sketches and 20 micrographes are attached.
