西番莲蔓枯病病原鉴定初报

摘    要: 从采自云南省潞西县西番莲枯枝上分离到两种分离物,鉴定为胡萝卜链格孢〔Alternariadauci(Kuehn) Groveset.Skolko〕和多隔镰孢(Fusarium decemcelulare Brick).致病性测定证实两种病原菌都能引起西番莲枝蔓枯死,且两者复合接种,枝蔓枯死加重,据此初步认为该病为复合侵染病害,并将该病称为"西番莲蔓枯病".本文描述了西番莲蔓枯病的症状、病原菌形态和致病性测定结果.

Abstract:Alternaria dauci (Kuehn) Groves et. Skolko and Fusarium decemcellulare Brick are isolated from Wilt brunches of Passiflora edulis, which was colleted from Luxi, Yunnan province. Pathogenicity test showed that two pathogens can cause the stem wilt disease of P. edulis and combine inoclated with two pathogens make the disease more seriously. This indicated that the disease was complex infection and it can be named as Stem Wilt Disease of P. edulis. This is first report of Pathogens of Stem Wilt on P. edulis.
