RAPD在捕食性真菌遗传特性分析及分类鉴定中的应用

摘    要: 用Operon公司A组引物对Arthrobteys、Monacrosforium2属、9种、10个菌株的基因组DNA进行了多态性分析,并根据其遗传距离指数对Arthrobteys的7个菌株构建遗传树系图,并分析其遗传关系.同时应用RAPD对捕食性真菌种的分类鉴定进行了初步探索.

Abstract:In this paper, 19 primers (from Operon Technologies) were evaluated for their usefulness in analysis of genetis relationship of Arthrobteys (9 isolates) and the genetic relationship dendrogram has been depicted. At the same time, the application of RAPD in identification of 10 species of Arthrobteys has been studied
