依拉卡野果开发利用研究

摘    要: 依拉卡野果属于杜英科(Elaeocarpaceae) 杜英属(Elaeocarpus) 的植物。现已将该野果开发成口感较好的饮料。经济增值达18~42倍。该野果分布于云南西南和南部中、高山地带,是可持续利用的植物资源。含17种矿质元素、17种氨基酸及维生素B1,维生素B6,维生素C等,其中维生素B6含量较高。野果及其饮料清暑解热,清音润喉,回味甘甜优于余甘子,助消化增食欲胜过山楂,是很有利用价值的野果。

Abstract:A kind of new drink was exploited by using wild fruit-Yilaka(Elaeocarpaceae),and its economi value increases to 18~42 times.In Yunnan,Yilaka distributes over the medium-high mountain regions of southwest and south.It is one of plant recourses which can be used continuously.This fruit contains 17 mineral elements,17 amino acids,some VB1,Vc and more VB6.The fruit and its drink of Yilaka can make one feel cool and refreshing,and moisten one's throat.Its aftertaste is sweeter than that of embolic,compared with hawthorn,Yilaka is more helpful to one's digestion and appetite,So,it is very valuable for exploitation.
