不同光质下花椰菜离体培养的生物全息现象

摘    要:从花椰菜的花球上取上、中、下三个不同的全息元,培养在 N6+6mgBA L~(-1)+0.2mgNAA L~(-1)的培养基上,每天置于不同光质下12小时和黑暗下12小时。培养15天后,上部全息元不经愈伤组织阶段而直接发生幼芽。中部全息元有部分愈伤组织的产生,也有部分芽的分化。下部全息元全部诱导出愈伤组织而无芽的分化。这种上部全息元容易长出幼芽而下部全息元容易发根的现象正好反映整体上长芽下长根的特征。不同光质对芽的生长量和根的诱导率具有明显的影响。

Abstract:Take the top,middle and bottom materials of the three different parts of bio- holographic unit of flower ball from cauliflower,then they are cultured on N6 basic medium with BA6mgL~(-1)+NAAO.2mgL~(-1)and are irradiated in different light quality for 12 hours and in the dark for 12 hours everyday.Fifteen days later, the holographic unit of the top part of flower ball have reproduced green Shoot- buds directly without inducing calli.Some of the middle units have induced calli and reproduced green shoot-buds.All part of the bottom units have induced calli,but haven't differentiated green shoot-buds.The phenomenon that it is easy to bud for the top holographic unit and easy to root for the bottom holographic unit is just characteristic of the growth of the buds at the top part and growth of the roots at the bottom part as a whole plant.The results obtained have shown:There is different effect on the quantities of buds and inducing frequency of roots in different light quality.
