摘    要:采用冲击共振法无损检测砀山酥梨、水晶梨和雪梨的采后硬度参数变化,并与插入型破坏实验、可溶性固形物等实验结果进行比较.研究发现冲击共振所测硬度系数可以反映梨的硬度,并且与插入型破坏性实验测得的硬度有较好的正相关性,酥梨、水晶梨和雪梨的相关系数分别为0.930、0.878和0.894.无损硬度系数与梨的可溶性固形物也有较好的负相关性,酥梨、水晶梨、雪梨的相关系数分别为-0.903、-0.922和-0.920.因此,通过冲击振动法可以测定梨的固有频率,进而用硬度系数来判断梨的成熟度.

Abstract:Firmness of three varieties of pears (Dangshan, Shuijing and Xue) was determined nondestructively. Acoustic impulse response test, puncture measurement of firmness were studied and related to the soluble solid content (SSC). The results showed that the nondestructive measured stiffness factor positively correlated with destructive measured hardness and the correlation coefficients were 0.930, 0.878 and 0.894 for Dangshan, Shuijing and Xue pears, respectively. The stiffness factor negatively correlated with SSC and the correlation coefficients were -0.903, -0.922 and -0.920 for Dangshan, Shuijing and Xue pears, respectively. The nondestructive method can be used for ripeness detection of pear fruits.
