| 摘 要： | 以风信子7个品种自然结实的种子为试验材料,进行了风信子种子品质的研究。结果表明:1)风信子种子为中小粒种子,种子千粒鲜重为46.47~57.03g,千粒干重为12.43~18.63g,种子含水量较低,为3.73%~4.08%,种子生活力较高;2)风信子种子采收后具有较长的休眠期;3)低温层积催芽可促进风信子种子的萌发。

| Abstract: | The natural hyacinth seeds are collected to study seed qualities.The results indicate that the seeds of hyacinth belong to netural minimal seed,the fresh weight of one thousand seeds is 46.47-57.03 g,the dry weight of one thousand seeds is 12.43-18.63 g,the seeds’ water content is comparatively low,just 3.73%-4.08%,and the seed vigor is higher;the seeds have long period of dormancy;and the low temperature stratification sprouting can pro-mote seed germination. |
