摘    要:采用PCR-ApaI-RFLP技术对4个不同地理分布的香猪类群(各50头)GH基因-119 bp~ 486 bp区域间的多态性进行研究,共检测到A(449 101 55 bp)和B(316 133 101 55 bp)2个等位基因,AA、AB和BB 3种基因型。在各香猪类群中A均为优势等位基因,基因频率均大于0.6;AA为优势基因型,基因型频率均大于0.5。所有香猪类群的基因型分布经卡方检验符合哈代温伯格平衡,剑白香猪与久仰香猪经卡方独立性检验其基因型分布存在显著差异(P<0.05);聚类分析表明:从江香猪、久仰香猪和环江香猪聚为一类,剑白香猪另为一类,这一聚类结果与按香猪类群间的地理分布远近特征划分结果不太相一致。

Abstract:The polymorphism of the-119bp to 486bp fragment of GH gene from Xiang-pig groups of 4 different geographical distribution was detected by PCR-ApaI-RFLP.The results showed that there were 2 alleles(A:449 101 55bp;B:316 133 101 55bp) and 3 genotypes(AA,AB and BB),and allele A with 0.6 gene frequency and genotypes AA with 0.5 genotype frequency was the predominant allele and genotype.There was significant difference in genotype distribution between Jiangbai Xiang-pig and Jiuyang Xiang-pig.The cluster result showed that Jianbai Xiang-pig was a genotype and other 3 groups was another genotype,and the cluster result do not accord with the result from dividing them in the light of geographical distribution.
