| 摘 要： | 进行了筛选适宜魔芋茎尖脱毒试管苗培养基的研究。结果表明,MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+GA30.2 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂6 g/L(pH值6.0)的培养基配方茎尖膨大快、愈伤组织形成多、生长势强,是魔芋茎尖脱毒试管苗生产的适宜培养基。

Study on the Screening of the Media for Virus-free Test-tube Seedlings from the Stem Apexes of Konjak |

| Abstract: | The screening of the media for virus-free test-tube seedlings from the stem apexes of konjak was studied.The results showed that on the medium formula of MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.2 mg/L NAA+ 0.2 mg/L GA3+ 30 g/L sucrose + 6 g/L agar(pH 6.0),the expansion of stem apex was fastest,the number of calli was the most and the growth vigour was strongest,which was the optimal medium for the production of virus-free test-tube seedlings from stem apexes of konjak. |
