大钟岭水库冬·春季浮游植物组成变化及营养状况

摘    要:对比分析了大钟岭水库冬、春季(2006年12月和2007年4月)的水样。结果显示:大钟岭水库共有浮游植物55种(属),其中多甲藻(Peridinium sp.)在冬、春季节均为水库的优势藻类;浮游植物丰度在10.00万~35.82万cells/L,春季浮游植物的丰度以及富营养化指数都高于冬季;多样性和均匀度都相对较高。从理化指标判断大钟岭水库属于中-富营养状态,从浮游植物丰度来判断属于贫-中型营养水库,但水库富营养程度在加剧。

Abstract:Water samplings in winter(December 2006) and spring(April 2007) in Dazhongling reservoir were comparatively analyzed.Result showed that 55 taxa were observed from the samples.The phytoplankton community was dominated by Peridinium sp..The total cell abundance of phytoplankton varied from 10×104 to 35.82×104 cells/L.Abundance of phytoplankton and trophic state index were higher in spring than in winter.Diversity index and evenness index were relatively high.Dazhongling reservoir was on the meso-eutro trophic state judging by physics and chemistry parameters but on oligo-meso trophic state by abundance of phytoplankton.
