人力花生脱壳机的设计

摘    要:根据江西省山区丘陵地区的自然条件和花生种植迅速发展的实际情况,为了解决大型花生脱壳机不适应当地的自然条件和个体农户使用,而农民迫切需求摆脱手工劳动情况,在现有的人力水稻脱粒机的基础上,稍作改进设计了花生脱壳机.经试验表明,该机基本上满足了农民的要求,为山区和丘陵地区花生生产提供了一种新型农机具.

Abstract:According to the natural conditions of mountain areas and hilly ground in Jiangxi,and the facts of the rapid development on peanut planting,in order to solve large peanut sheller are not suited the local natural conditions and the use of individual farmers,meanwhile,peasants are in urgent need of getting rid of manual labor.On the basis of the existing manpower rice sheller,we improved and designed peanut sheller.The experiments showed that the machine can basically meet peasant's requirements;it provides a new type of farm machinery and implement for peanut producing in mountain areas and hilly ground.
