一种用于腹腔手术机器人测试的巴马猪麻醉方案

为满足手术机器人腹腔手术效果和安全性的测试,建立相应的巴马猪麻醉方案。以低剂量舒泰和高剂量多咪静作诱导麻醉剂,异氟烷作维持麻醉剂,布托啡诺作术中镇痛剂,安定醒作苏醒剂。用手术机器人分别进行胆囊切除、左肾摘除、部分肝切除手术,于整个麻醉过程监测巴马猪心率、血氧饱和度、平均动脉压及体温的变化,以评估该方案的麻醉效果。结果显示,18头试验猪均顺利完成1.5~2.5 h的腹腔手术,平均诱导麻醉时间为10.5 min,术中麻醉平稳,镇静镇痛效果优异,无不良反应。心率、血氧饱和度、平均动脉压、体温监测值稳定,且均在正常范围内波动,术后苏醒迅速。本麻醉方案具有平稳安全、镇静镇痛效果优异、麻醉时间较长、术后苏醒快的特点,完全能满足手术机器人腹腔手术各种术式测试的要求。

An anesthesia program of Bama porcine for robot abdominal surgery testing

The aim of this study is to meet the test of the effect and safety of robot abdominal surgery,and establish anesthesia program of Bama porcine.Low-dose Zoletil and high-dose Dexdomitor was used as induction anesthesia,isoflurane as inhalation anesthesia,Butorphanol as an analgesic,Antisedanas as a wake-up agent.Cholecystectomy,left kidney removal,partial hepatectomy were performed by robot abdominal surgery,and heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,mean arterial pressure and body temperature throughout the anesthesia was monitored to assess the effect of anesthetic program.18 porcines abdominal surgery were successfully completed within 1.5-2.5 h,and the average induction anesthesia time was 10.5 min,anesthesia status during surgery was stable,sedative and analgesic effect was excellent,no adverse reactions.Heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,mean arterial pressure,and body temperature were stable,and both fluctuate within the normal range,Bama porcine woke up quickly after surgery.The anesthesia program has the characteristics of smooth and safe,excellent sedative and analgesic effect,longer anesthesia time and quick recovery after surgery,which can fully meet the requirements of various surgical tests for robot abdominal surgery.
