交流发电机转子磁极锻造工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了国内外制造交流发电机转子磁极的锻造工艺。对热锻冷精整工艺进行改进。开发出热锻分流反挤压成形、锻件余热退火软化、冷锻精整的新工艺,并制定了加热规范,设计了分流反挤压模具和配置了锻造生产线设备。生产技术经济分析表明,新工艺高效、节能、节材、生产成本低,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The forging process of an alternator pole both in China and abroad were reviewed in this paper. The heat die forging and cold sizing is a good technology of net forging, because of its less operations and lower operation cost. A new technology of heat die forging and cold sizing, including a branching indirect extrusion heat forging and softening annealing were developed and the equipment for forging alternator pole was designed. The analysis of technological economy showed that both the quality and productivity of the parts were raised, the energy consumption, raw materials and operation cost were reduced by the new technology.
