Abstract: | An eight-year-old, male castrated German shepherd dog was presented with signs consistent with urinary obstruction. Cystoscopy and contrast radiography showed two distinct urethral masses. Penile amputation and perineal urethrostomy were performed to alleviate the clinical signs. Histopathology of the masses revealed two low-grade chondrosarcomas. At the time of writing, 18 months after surgery, the dog remained disease free. |
