| Abstract: | With graident elent, quantitative determination of feed amino acid produced baseline change by high performance liquid chromatogro phy. It resulted in lower results, lower separation and retention timechanging. we used leard baseline/baseline function to zero the baseline changes in gradient run by waters 490 programmable Multiwavelength Detector. Statisfactory results were obtained. |
