沼气发酵接种物对沼气及沼液成分的影响

摘    要:采用新鲜的猪粪为原料,以崇明前卫村沼气池中正常发酵的沼液为接种物,利用自制的小型沼气发酵装置开展了沼气发酵的实验研究.结果表明,使用驯化过的接种物有利于提高沼气产气量和产气中甲烷的含量,并能最大限度地保留沼液中的营养成分.通过上述研究,为沼气的工业生产和市场化运作打下了一定的理论基础.

Abstract:Experiments of anaerobic fermentation for biogas production using pig dung as raw materials were carried out in a self-manufactured biogas digester when the fermented liquid from Chongming Biogas System was used as an inoculation. Results showed that both the yield of biogas and its methane yield were increased when the cultivated inoculation was used. The nutrient of the fermented material can be maintained. The research can lay a foundation for the industrialization of biogas technology.
