黄瓜白粉病抗性及生理机制的研究

摘    要:研究了黄瓜不同抗性品种在接菌前后酶活性与酚类物质含量的变化。结果表明:黄瓜对白粉病的抗性与植株组织中的过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性以及酚类物质含量密切相关。不同抗性黄瓜品种对白粉病的抗性与PPO活性、酚类物质含量可能存在一定的正相关。

Investigation on Resistance of Cucumber Against Powdery Mildew and Its Physiological Mechanism

Abstract:The activity of peroxidase(POD) .polyphenol oxidase(PPO) , catalase(CAT) and the content of phenolic compound in the leaves of 3 cucumber cultivars with different resistance to Sphaerotheca fuliginea after inoculation were studied . The results showed that there was a close relation between cucumber cultivars of different disease resistance and POD, PPO, CAT and the content of phenolic compound. The relative PPO activity and phenolic compound content were possibly correlated with disease resistance of the tested cucumber cultivars.
