福建省海上渔业安全应急指挥系统建设内容和运行状况

福建省海上渔业安全应急指挥系统主要由省、市、县三级应急指挥中心,渔业安全综合信息管理平台,信息终端（手持终端、船载终端）和配套的通信网络四部分构成。系统的建设增强了福建省应对海洋灾害、处置海上应急事件的能力。切实解决系统平台运行中存在的问题,更好地发挥系统平台的作用值得进一步探讨。

The construction content and operation condition of emergency command system for marine fishing security in Fujian

Fujian’s emergency command system for marine fishing security is mainly composed of four parts including emergency command centers at provincial,municipal and county level,comprehensive information management platform of fishery security,information terminals(handheld terminals,ship terminals) and the supporting communication network.System construction has enhanced Fujian’s capabilities to handle marine disasters and offshore emergency incidents.Thus,effective solution of the existing problems in the system platform operation and better role-play of the system platform’s function is worthy discussing.
