摘    要:建立渔业水质中七氟菊酯、联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、氟胺氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯10种拟除虫菊酯残留的分析方法。样品以石油醚萃取、无水硫酸钠脱水、减压浓缩后用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)测定。七氟菊酯在2.5~100ng/mL、其它9种菊酯在5~200ng/mL内线性关系良好(r≥0.9954);0.05μg/L、0.5μg/L、1μg/L添加浓度水平的回收率在73.8%~100.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.53%~10.3%;检出限(LOD)为0.125~2.5ng/L,最低定量限(LOQ)为0.025~0.05μg/L。该方法简单快速、准确可靠,能满足渔业水质拟除虫菊酯污染的检测要求。

Abstract:A method for determining tefluthrin,bifenthrin,fenpropathrin,cyhalothrin,permethrin,cyfluthrin,cypermethrin,fenvalerate,tau-fluvalinate,deltamethrin residues in fishery water was developed.The pyrethroids were extracted by petroleum ether,dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate,concentrated and then analyzed by gas chromatography with electron capture detector(GC-ECD).The linear range of tefluthrin was 2.5~100ng/mL and the other nine were 5~200ng/mL(r≥0.9954).When spiked with 0.05μg/L,0.5μg/L,1μg/L,the average recoveries ranged from 73.8% to 100.2% and their relative standard deviations(RSD)were between 2.53% and 10.3%.The limits of detection(LOD) and limits of quantitation(LOQ) for all pyrethroids were in the range from 0.125~2.5ng/L and 0.025~0.05μg/L separately.This method is simple,reliable and can be applied in the detection of pyrethroid in fishery water.
