摘    要:本文阐述了实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)的定义和实施背景,分析了传统水产品质检实验室在日益严峻的食品监管形势下面临检测效率提升难、后勤事务管理难、统计分析工作难、样品状态跟踪难等问题,而LIMS把分析检测实验室整体环境作为管理对象,借助计算机网络技术来完善实验室工作的全面管理,与传统人工管理模式相比,具有管理科学、提高检测效率和结果可靠性、加强数据安全性、协调实验室各类资源、实现量化管理等优势。本文从系统架构方面对LIMS应包含的功能模块进行了初步探讨,提出了具体实施该系统时实验室应加强队伍建设、提高人员素质、规范管理制度,采取循序渐进的方式完成工作模式的逐步转变,从而实现LIMS的有效开发和利用。

Abstract:This paper described the definition and the implementation background of the Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS),and analyzed the problems that the traditional analytical laboratory faced with,such as difficult to improve detection efficiency,difficult to manage logistics affairs,difficult to conduct statistical analysis,and difficult to check sample status and so on.While the LIMS takes the overall environment of analytical laboratory as a management object,improves the overall management of the laboratory work with computer network technology,and compared with traditional manual management mode,it has advantages of scientific management,high detection efficiency,reliable results,greater data security,coordination of all kinds of resources in laboratory and realization of the quantitative management.The paper made preliminary study on the function modules of LIMS from the system architecture,pointed out the lab should be strengthen the team-building,improve the quality of personnel,and standardize management system,take a step-by-step approach to complete a gradual transformation of work mode,so as to realize the efficient development and use of LIMS.
