牵牛子中咖啡酸和咖啡酸乙酯的提取研究

摘    要:目的]优化从牵牛子中依次提取咖啡酸和咖啡酸乙酯的工艺。方法]采用有机溶剂提取法,以咖啡酸、咖啡酸乙酯提取率为指标,用L16(44)正交试验优选提取工艺。结果]最佳提取条件为:体积分数95%的乙醇作为提取剂,70℃提取4 h,料液比1∶20(g/ml)。结论]该方法操作简便,咖啡酸、咖啡酸乙酯提取率高,具有较好的稳定性。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to optimize the extracting procedure of caffeic acid and ethyl caffeate from Semen pharbtidis.Method] Organic solvent extraction was used.The extraction process was optimized by L16(44) orthogonal design with the extract yields of caffeic acid and ethyl caffeate as indices.Result] The optimal condition was:using 95% ethanol as solvent,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶20,extracting 4 h at 70 ℃.Conclusion] The extraction process is simple and convenient with excellent stability.There are high yields of caffeic acid and ethyl caffeate.
