微型月季组织培养技术的研究

摘    要:以盆栽微型月季"粉和平"为试验材料,以MS为基本培养基,附加不同浓度的6-BA和NAA,以诱导芽和丛生芽为繁殖途径。结果表明:适于诱导芽分化的培养基为MS+6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L;适于增殖的培养基为MS+6-BA3mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L;适于壮苗的培养基为6-BA1mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L、6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L。

Study on the Plant Tissue Culture Technology of Rosa chinensis Minima

Abstract:This study selected Rosa chinen~is Minima as the experimental material and MS as the basic medium, applied with 6-BA and NAA of different concentration to induct buds and cespitose buds. The results showed that the best suited medium to induct polarization was MS + 6- BA 2 mg/L +NAA 0.1 rag/L; the best suited medium to proliferate was MS +6-BA 3 mg/L + NAA 0.3 mg/L;the best suited medium to strengthen seedling was 6-BA 1 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L,6-BA 2 mg/L + NAA 0.3 mg/L.
