摘    要:采用玉米秸秆和纯木屑混合进行了花菇生产栽培试验.结果表明,只要采用适当的发茵、转色、越夏、催蕾、蹲蕾及催花管理等技术措施,在纯木屑培养料中添加40%~70%的玉米秸秆粉进行香菇栽培,同样能培育出优质高产花菇;当培养料中玉米秸秆粉含量在40%左右时,花菇产量、花菇率、风干率及生物学转化率与纯木屑栽培的相近.经济效益最佳.

Abstract:The cuhivation of figured Lentinula edode by the use of the mixutue of corn stalk and pure chip was a new technology. Results showed that high quality and high-yield figured Lentinula edodes can be cuhivated when 40%-70% corn stalk were added in pure chip through reasonable and appropriate management measures as fermenting, change of colors, spending summer, speeding buds, preventing buds, forcing flowering, etc. The yield of figured Lentinula edodes, the birth rate of figured Lentinula edodes, drying percentage and biotransformation percentage were approximately equal to pure chip cultivation with the best economic returns when the corn stalk percentage was about 40% in the cuhivafion medium.
