沟纹巴非蛤的藻类滤食能力及其对海水中氮磷含量的影响

摘    要:研究热带亚热带类型双壳贝类沟纹巴非蛤(Paphia exarGSa Philippi)滤食富营养化水体中藻类的能力.发现沟纹巴非蛤能有效地清除水体中的叶绿素a,在72 h即达到显著的清除效果;当贝密度在60只,m.时(实验水体中藻类密度为5x108 cell/L)清除的效果最佳,且未引起水体中氮(N)、磷(P)含量的增加.

Abstract:Bivalves Paphia exarata Philippi were cultured to observe its filtering ability of algae in eutrophic sea water. The result indicated that P. exarata Philippi eliminated efficiently chlorophyll a in the sea water at the original algae density of about 5×108 cell/L, and remarkably after 72h. P. exarata Philippi when cultured at the density of 60 bivalves per m3 of sea water showed best effect of algae elimination, and the concentrations of nitrogen and phosphate in the water were not increased. This suggests that it is a feasible way to purify sea water with bivalves.
