大枣生长期可溶性糖含量变化规律的研究

摘    要:通过研究不同成熟度枣果品种在生长期中可溶性糖成分和含量的变化情况,以及对同一时期不同品种枣果可溶性糖含量差异进行比较、分析,建立糖含量变化(Y)与生长期(X)的线性回归方程为:Y=10.8702+0.559978X,掌握了枣果的营养变化特点和生长规律,旨在为枣果水溶性多糖深加工利用提供理论依据。

Abstract:The contents of soluble sugar of jujube fruits with different maturities and the contents of fruit soluble sugar for different jujube varieties were measured. Based on these study,the linear regression equation Y=10.870 2+0.559 978 X was established between the contents of fruit soluble sugar(Y)and the growth stage(X);and the fruit nutrient variation and growth of jujube were understood. All these will benefit to the water- soluble polysaccharide processing of jujube fruit.
