摘    要:地面测报的主要工作任务是观测、发报以及编制报表,它是气象业务中一项基础性工作。自动气象站的建设运行提高了测报数据的上传质量,使得地面测报工作人员的压力减小,更加方便了地面测报发报工作的进行。它实现了观测资料的及时采集、资料传输以及业务应用,在测报工作的实施过程中,很难避免出错,而准确的观测数据会直接影响到气候资料的分析和利用等。主要针对降低地面测报发报错误的措施进行分析。

Abstract:Ground monitoring main task is observed,transmitters,and preparation of the statements,it is meteorological service in a basic work.Automatic weather station construction and operation improves the forecasting data upload quality,makes the ground monitoring staff pressure decreases,more convenient ground monitoring information out of work.It realizes the data timely collection,data transmission and business applications,in measuring and reporting work in the implementation process,it is difficult to avoid mistakes,but accurate observation data will directly affect the climate data analysis and utilization.This article mainly aims at the lower ground measurement and report an error measure analysis.
