摘    要:针对中小型水电厂集水并排水装置自动控制系统的特点,详细论述了其制约整个水电厂的生产与调度的缺陷。提出了采用PLC 软起动器的控制方案,并以某水电厂集水并排水控制系统为例,探讨了其工作原理、硬件组成及软件设计。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of conventional design of water_collecting well device automatic control system of middle_and_small_sized hydropower plant, the flaws restricting production and regulation of the whole hydropower plant are expatiated in this paper. The control scenario using PLC plus soft startup is proposed, and case study of water_collecting_well drainage control system of a hydropower plant is conducted to explore the working principles, hardware components and software design.
