中药防滞灵防治奶牛胎衣不下试验

将80头干奶期第2个月的正常奶牛分为试验组和对照组,试验组应用中药“防滞灵”进行阶段性添加试验,观察产犊后胎衣的排出情况及围产期疾病发病情况,测定试验前后血糖、血清钙、血清磷3项生化指标。结果表明,试验组奶牛的滞衣率、剥衣率较对照组分别降低22.98%和19.54%,产后排衣时间缩短16.87 h,血液生化指标无显著性变化。

Preventing Retention of Fetal Membranes of Dairy Cows by Chinese Traditional Medicine

80 healthy cows which were in the second month of the dry-period were assigned to experimental group and control group.The cows of experimental group were fed with the Chinese medicine "Fangzhiling",then the evacuation of fetal membrane after calved and the diseases around perinatal period were observed.The biochemical criterion about glucose,P and Ca in the serum were measured.The results indicated that the proportions of retained fetal membranes and ablated fetal membranes of the experimental group decreased by 22.98% and 19.54%,respectively.The time of fetal membranes ablated reduced 16.87 hours and no significant changes of the blood biochemical criterions tested were observed.
